Stop! That Homeless Man Is an American Hero!

Ethan Barrett is traveling with the ashes of a fallen comrade, keeping his identity concealed while moving through a town that sees only a supposedly homeless stranger. His path changes when Victoria's van is carjacked with her daughter Lola inside. Ethan steps in, defeats armed kidnapper Chad Jones, and saves Lola before continuing onward. His quiet act of courage does not end his troubles. A local sheriff takes him for questioning, where suspicion turns into humiliation and harsh treatment. Ethan remains focused on safeguarding the ashes, even as the sheriff's conduct pushes the situation further. With his soldier past hidden and an encounter involving FBI Director Corbin, the drama follows whether Ethan's loyalty, strength, and real status will come to light.
