Step Back! That Homeless Man Is Not to be Messed with

Vince Astor has spent three years living in a homeless camp while secretly completing a trial that leads to an extraordinary inheritance: he is crowned America’s Godfather and becomes heir to $20.9 billion. Instead of revealing his status, he continues presenting himself as a penniless man, hiding immense influence behind a helpless appearance. When Helen Stark, the CEO he saved two years earlier, proposes to him on the street, Vince follows her into a family that judges him by his clothes. Their contempt grows when Helen is pushed toward marriage with Philip West, placing her feelings against her family’s expectations and financial interests. As a business rivalry develops, Vince’s authority begins emerging through surprising encounters, forcing Helen to decide whether to trust the man beside her or the wealth others want her to choose.
