Double Life of a Cell Block King

Harrison enters prison by choice, determined to collect proof of his stepfamily’s crimes and reclaim what he believes is owed to him. After 117 days inside, he meets Bianca, his fiancée, only to learn that she has left him for Xavier, his half-brother. The betrayal hardens his resolve to make them answer for what they have done. Once free, Harrison’s path becomes tied to Sophia through an unexpected marriage. Together, they are pushed aside by people with influence, enduring poverty, humiliation, and contempt. Sophia searches for a way toward a different future, while Harrison is reduced to the label of ex-convict. Then an incident at the Maple Group building raises unsettling questions about his past, his purpose, and the person others thought they knew.
